I have used both the Samsung Galaxy S3 and the iPhone 5 and let me just tell you, I am in love! The question is, what am I in love with? We will get to that in a few minutes but let me tell you a little about my experiences with both phones. I used the S3 for over a month as my primary phone before the iPhone 5 came out and it did miles around my old iPhone 4S. It is fast, very responsive, and you really fall in love with that 4.8 inch screen. From my experience there is really nothing I could find wrong with that phone. I almost want to say its perfect but then came the iPhone 5. I got my iPhone 5 only a week ago and I can tell you its better in almost every way! It’s much faster and even more responsive then the S3. With that said, there are a few things I don’t like about the iPhone 5. It’s too thin! I know most people want a thin phone but for me it’s to0 thin. I always feel like I am going to drop it and if I did I don’t think it would hold up as good as the S3. The back easily scratches so with this phone a case is needed. Once I put a case on it my complaints go away but I never had a case on my 4S or my S3 so it’s a new thing for me. The other complaint I have with the phone is that the screen is too small. After using the phone for awhile you can’t even tell its bigger then past iPhones. Overall both phones are great and I think I will use the iPhone 5 as my primary phone but what one did I fall in love with? If you guessed iPhone 5, your wrong! Even with the iPhone clearly being a better phone I just don’t have to same feelings with it. I really love my S3, I like my iPhone 5 but I would not say love. Once you use a S3 you really get a connection with it, that I have never gotten with a iPhone. Samsung has really done a good job with the S3 and apple should feel threatened by it. The S3 is like your wife and the iPhone 5 is like the baby sitter. You love your wife but you really want to sleep with the baby sitter. At the end of the day both phones are excellent and it comes down to personal preference. I would recommend you try both phones before you decide on one. You might just fall in love!
