Now that iOS 4.3 Beta is available for developers, there have been reports that Apple is adding more multi-touch gestures for even more things. Reports say that 4 and even 5 finger gestures will be supported. Personally, I wish we could see something like in Mac OS X and a 4 finger gesture: Expose. Removing a home button saves money, and space around the bezel of the device.
I think this may actually happen. Gestures on such a beautiful touch screen would be great. Plus, you could easily save some room around the bezel of the device by getting rid of that button.
