There are rumours spreading around the internet that  a netbook running Google’s new Chrome operating system will be launched this month.  Chrome OS is a simplistic operating system.  In a nut shell, it’s a web browser.  After testing the beta of it, I discovered that it is good at what it does, but unfortunately, that’s not much.  It does have potential as a speedy OS for people who only want to get on the web.  Due to the characteristics of the operating system, I would expect the netbook to be 3G enabled with a data tariff.  If the price is low enough, Google may have a winner.  However, if the price is too much, I think that this product would be a pointless purchase.  Keep up to date with this rumor by regularly checking TechInform.
