Apple just sent out invitations for a media event being held on September 12. The event will be held at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco. It is scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM PST / 1:00 PM EST. The tag line to this event is “It’s almost here”. Apple is expected to launch the iPhone at this event, as well as IOS 6, new iPods, and maybe even the iPad mini.
