As many have predicted, Apple today sent out invites for a media event on Monday, March 21st, with the title “Let us loop you in.” The event will be held at Apple’s Town Hall auditorium, located at their headquarters in Cupertino. The event will kick off at 10:00 AM Pacific Time (that’s 1:00 PM for those on the east coast, like us…)
At the event, Apple is rumored to unveil the iPhone 5SE, which will bring their 4-inch phone up to speed with more current hardware, including the A9 processor, up from the A7 current found in the iPhone 5S. The new 9.7-inch iPad that missed out on updates late last year should also be unveiled. Rumors are saying that it should receive many of the iPad Pro specific features, and may even be rebranded as an iPad Pro instead of iPad Air. It is also likely that we’ll see new variations of some of the existing Apple Watch bands. Mac updates and a new Apple Watch are also possible, but not quite as likely.
